The Keqi 10L Pneumatic Hot Melt Machine delivers stable, high-volume adhesive dispensing for modern automated production lines. Built for continuous industrial bonding, it suits packaging, furniture assembly, bookbinding, electronics and textile lamination, compatible with EVA, PO, PUR and various hot melt adhesives within a viscosity range of 1,000–50,000 cP.

Equipped with a 10L large-capacity melting tank, it cuts frequent refills and reduces production downtime. The pneumatic piston pump outputs smooth adhesive flow without pulsation, performing excellently even with high-viscosity glues. Integrated melt-on-demand technology only heats adhesive for immediate use, effectively lowering charring, minimizing material waste and extending adhesive service life.

Featuring high-precision PID temperature control up to 200°C with accuracy within ±1°C, independent temperature zones can be set for the tank, hoses and glue guns to match different adhesive formulas. The maximum melt rate reaches 30 kg/h, fully meeting the demands of high-speed production lines.

Adopting heavy-duty aluminum alloy and stainless steel components, the machine supports long-cycle nonstop operation. Modular design simplifies daily cleaning and component replacement, greatly lowering maintenance workload. Compared with electric hot melt systems, the pneumatic structure avoids motor spark risks, making it safer for complex factory environments while cutting long-term maintenance costs.
