Pharmaceutical packaging manufacturers have strict standards for carton folding and gluing processes. Uneven glue output, excessive or insufficient adhesive and missing gluing will directly cause unqualified medicine packaging boxes, trigger batch product rejection and bring hidden risks to drug packaging compliance. Manual inspection cannot keep pace with high-speed folder gluer production and fails to achieve real-time data traceability.
Dongguan Keqi Automation launches the GJC-600 glue quantity detection and Insurance system, which serves as a dedicated auxiliary detection unit for folder gluing equipment in pharmaceutical carton packaging lines. This detection sensor performs real-time sampling analysis on the glue bead during carton conveying. It dynamically compares actual glue application volume with preset threshold values. Once detecting less glue, excess glue or discontinuous gluing, the system instantly triggers alarm prompts and records abnormal data for production quality tracing.
The system supports production line speed up to 162 meters per minute, matching the continuous high-speed operation of standard automatic folder gluers. Operators can set upper and lower limits of glue dosage, product length parameters and continuous gap tolerance via touch screen, realizing customized quality inspection for prescription drug outer cartons, health product packaging boxes and other medical paper packages.
Adopting industrial grade sensor components, the GJC-600 detection module runs stably for long-duration mass production, effectively reducing defective rate caused by gluing deviation, cutting raw material waste and meeting pharmaceutical industry’s traceable quality management requirements.
We provide parameter debugging, equipment fitting and after-sales technical guidance according to different models of folder gluers. If your packaging line lacks effective gluing monitoring means, welcome to contact us for technical consultation and site testing.
