Equipped with dedicated creasing structure, it forms neat fold lines on envelope blanks right after tape application, eliminating secondary die-cutting and offline processing steps.

The touchscreen control system supports adjustable running speed up to 42 meters per minute, with hourly output reaching 7920 finished pieces. Press roller mechanism compresses adhesive tape tightly to avoid edge lifting and bubbling. The finished envelopes will be neatly stacked at discharge end for direct packaging.
