Many paper bag manufacturers still rely on manual gluing or outdated fixed gluing nozzles during production. These methods result in inconsistent glue quantity, messy overflow glue and loose sealing, leading to plenty of defective finished bags and extra labor for rework and inspection.
This on-site case shows Keqi hot melt glue applicator installed on existing paper bag folding equipment. It works synchronously with the bag conveying speed to complete accurate fixed-point hot melt gluing on bag sealing edges and bonding sides.Independent constant temperature heating avoids glue solidification and nozzle clogging during long shifts. Operators can adjust glue output, dispensing length and trigger position via the control panel to adapt to different sizes and styles of kraft paper bags, gift packaging bags and food paper bags.
Compared with manual gluing, our automated glue head standardizes every bonding position. No redundant glue residues ruin the printing surface of paper bags, keeping packaging neat and premium. Fast curing hot melt glue greatly strengthens adhesion, so paper bags will not split under heavy load during packing and delivery.
Retrofitting this dispensing unit requires no major modification to your original bag making machine. It cuts manual workload and raw material waste, directly raising line output and lowering reject rates. We support customized installation and lifelong technical after-sales service for paper packaging production lines.
