During the processing of solid wood, veneer and engineered wood panels, wax and organic residues on wood surfaces commonly result in paint delamination, poor printing adhesion and unstable lamination. Traditional sanding and chemical primer treatment suffer from inconsistent quality and environmental drawbacks.

The KQ-HP20A Direct Nozzle Plasma Surface Treatment Machine features two direct spray plasma heads to achieve wider treatment width in one single pass. High-energy atmospheric plasma eliminates surface contaminants and modifies wood surface molecular structure, raising surface tension remarkably to deliver stable adhesion for paint, varnish and adhesives.

This plasma equipment can be retrofitted to existing wood coating and laminating production lines, running synchronously with conveyor speed to realize continuous inline processing. As a solvent-free dry treatment solution, it produces no wastewater or volatile pollutants and complies with eco-friendly manufacturing requirements.

The dual direct nozzle configuration ensures uniform activation effect on flat wood panels, decorative veneers and wood profiles. It reduces rejects triggered by coating peeling and lowers labor input for manual surface pretreatment.
