Keqi T-Series Tape Applicator & Easy-Tear Strip Pasting Head for Folder Gluer Retrofit

Many packaging factories producing color boxes, pharmaceutical cartons and consumer packaging face bottlenecks in manual pasting of easy-tear strips and reinforcing tape. Manual operation brings inconsistent positioning, low throughput and unstable product uniformity, making it difficult to match high-speed folder gluer production.

Keqi T-series tape applicator and easy-tear strip pasting head are specially designed for retrofitting on existing folder gluers. The unit operates synchronously with carton conveying speed, supporting continuous automatic tape pasting at line speeds up to 48 m/min. It realizes accurate fixed-position application for easy-tear strips, sealing tapes and inner reinforcing tapes.

Servo-driven structure ensures stable running and high positioning precision. Operators can quickly adjust parameters on the control panel to switch among different carton specifications. The modular design facilitates installation and maintenance without large-scale modification to the original folding gluing equipment.

Fully automated pasting replaces repetitive manual work, effectively cutting labor costs. Uniform tape placement improves finished box appearance and reduces rejects caused by offset, warping or incomplete pasting. This solution is widely adopted for medicine boxes, cosmetic packaging, food color boxes and other printed carton products.
