Keqi Automatic Cold Gluing System – Precise Cold Glue Dispensing for Packaging & Bookbinding

Many manufacturers still rely on manual cold glue brushing, which brings inconsistent glue volume, overflow glue, low efficiency and unstable bonding quality.Keqi automatic cold gluing system is developed for folder gluers, paper bag machines and book binding lines. Equipped with servo quantitative dispensing valves and touchscreen control, it realizes stable, repeatable cold glue output. Operators can adjust glue width, flow rate and trigger position to match paper boxes, kraft paper bags and book spine binding requirements.

The whole set adopts a barrel feeding design with mobile base, easy to install and retrofit onto existing production equipment without large-scale modification. Independent multi-nozzle configuration supports multi-channel simultaneous gluing. Closed glue supply structure effectively reduces glue volatilization and material waste.

Compared with manual operation, automated dispensing creates uniform glue lines, avoids glue contamination on printed surfaces, and greatly cuts reject rates.
