Automatic Cold Glue Spray System for Stereo Carton Forming

Stereo gift boxes and special-shaped packaging have complex gluing paths. Traditional line contact gluing cannot meet irregular gluing requirements, often resulting in insufficient bonding, box deformation and high reject rates.

Keqi multi-nozzle cold glue spray system provides flexible gluing solutions for stereo carton production. Each spray valve can be independently controlled through the touch screen. Operators set separate spraying position, length and glue volume for each nozzle to adapt to diverse special-shaped box structures.The system runs stably at line speed up to 38 m/min, outputting 4320 cartons per hour. Fine atomized cold glue forms uniform adhesive coating, improving bonding firmness without glue accumulation and carton warping.

It can be retrofitted on existing folder gluers without large-scale equipment transformation. Multiple sets of gluing programs can be stored for quick switching among different stereo box specifications.
