KQ-HP10A single-head plasma treatment machine is the entry-level compact model tailored for small printing factories and low-speed folder gluers. Equipped with one plasma nozzle, it targets narrow glue flaps of small cosmetic boxes, medicine cartons and mini gift packaging.Atmospheric cold plasma cleans surface oil, dust and release agent residues, raising substrate surface tension above 40 mN/m. It solves poor cold glue adhesion on UV-coated, BOPP laminated and metallized paper without mechanical sanding or chemical primer. Fully synchronous with folder gluer conveying speed, it supports inline continuous treatment under 20 m/min line speed.The compact frame occupies minimal installation space, easy retrofitting on existing box pasting equipment.
