Keqi Cold Glue System for Pharmaceutical Carton Mass Production

Most pharmaceutical printing factories have strict requirements on workshop cleanliness, bonding stability and traceability. Conventional manual gluing or hot melt equipment cannot match the production standards of medicine boxes, medical device cartons and health product packaging. This cold glue equipment uses pneumatic quantitative glue output, delivering fixed glue volume on carton side seams without glue overflow or glue shortage. Water-based adhesive contains low VOC, free of harmful solvent volatilization, meeting clean workshop and food-drug safety norms. The glue path is fully closed, less prone to dust contamination, and will not leave residual glue to interfere with pharmacode, barcode inspection by detection equipment such as GJC600.

The system runs synchronously with folder gluers at variable speeds. All gluing parameters can be stored for one-click switching among different drug box sizes. The flexible bonding layer resists cracking during long-term logistics transportation. Factories cut the usage of expensive special glue and lower batch rejection caused by poor adhesion.
