High-end cosmetic boxes, perfume gift cartons and skincare packaging mostly adopt BOPP lamination, UV varnish and silver card paper. Such materials easily cause cold glue poor adhesion without surface activation. The cold glue gun supports line and dot gluing adjustment. Fine glue lines will not swell carton surfaces or contaminate printed patterns, maintaining high-grade box appearance. The system adapts to small narrow flaps of mini cosmetic boxes and wide bonding edges of large gift sets. Operators adjust glue thickness and length on the touch screen simply, convenient for frequent switching of various cosmetic box styles.

Cold glue forms soft bonding after drying. Carton folding will not split glue lines. Matching with 1450U U-type tape platform, the whole line completes cold gluing, silicone release liner and easy-tear strip pasting in one pass. Many cosmetic packaging factories replace manual gluing with this system, stabilizing finished product yield and reducing labor cost.
