Cold Glue System Application on Wine & Beverage Outer Cartons
Wine, beer and drink gift boxes commonly use thick coated cardboard, textured art paper and lamination material. These packages pursue high appearance quality and long-term storage stability. Keqi cold glue system supports high-grade wine carton automated gluing.
Cold glue leaves no yellow traces after curing, keeping wine box printing bright even after long storage. Thick cardboard needs adequate bonding strength; cold glue permeates paper fiber firmly to prevent box deformation and opening during long-distance wine transportation.
The cold glue unit is compatible with wide-size wine carton folder gluers. Operators adjust glue width according to different wine box flap sizes easily. Cooperated with U-type tape platform, production lines finish gluing and easy-tear tape pasting together, boosting overall production efficiency for wine packaging factories.
