The built-in Ni120 temperature sensor delivers real-time heating monitoring to avoid glue carbonization.

Its compact integrated valve block simplifies mechanical installation on folder gluers and automatic assembly lines. Independent pneumatic switching ensures clean glue cutoff without stringing, suitable for small dot marking, narrow seam bonding of cosmetic boxes, toy cartons and electronic blister packaging. Operators adjust dot size and glue volume via touchscreen linkage without stopping production. The 24VDC solenoid valve responds instantly to line speed signals, maintaining consistent glue weight at variable machine speeds.
