In the ink marking and printing process, the plasma removes the surface grease and additives of the materials, enhancing the adhesion of the ink, and the ink marking on paper boxes, plastic sheets, and PVC materials will no longer be wiped off. The modular spray heads of the equipment can be selected as single gun, double gun, or triple gun. Wide-format corrugated boxes can be processed with multiple heads in synchronization, and single guns can be used for precise positioning in narrow boxes, suitable for 20-60m/min different production line speeds.

Compared with corona and flame treatment, Kexi's low-temperature plasma has a mild temperature, and thin card paper and heat-sensitive printing surfaces will not be damaged or deformed. Dry treatment has no wastewater or waste materials, and is suitable for domestic environmental protection regulations and packaging entry requirements in multiple countries abroad. The equipment installation is flexible, and it can be fixed to connect with the box coating machine in series, or used for offline small-batch sample production. It is suitable for small and medium-sized printing factories with diverse orders and various box types.
