GJC-600 Side Seam Glue Detector Guarantees Carton Side Seam Bond Quality

The GJC-600 is dedicated to continuous glue monitoring on folder gluer side seams, solving missing glue, insufficient glue and overflow defects for regular straight cartons. It reaches 1mm minimal detection resolution, compatible with paper thickness below 2mm and adhesive thickness under 1.5mm, supporting line speed up to 600m/min.

The compact sensor module mounts easily on all mainstream folder gluers without major line modification.
