PJC-800 Inline Sensor Monitors Cold Glue Gun Spraying Status

Keqi PJC-800 installs directly beside cold glue guns to track dot & line glue output in real time. It identifies broken glue trails, offset spraying and intermittent glue supply at max 320m/min production speed, with 2mm minimal detectable glue width.

Different from post-seam inspection sensors, PJC-800 captures faults right after glue dispensing, warning operators early before massive defective cartons are produced. The sensor tolerates slight carton inclination within 10°, stable for coated, UV-laminated wine and beauty boxes.It connects seamlessly with the central control touchscreen to record fault data for production traceability. Printing plants reduce adhesive waste and post-process rejection by integrating PJC-800 on cold glue folder gluer lines.
