TS-800B2 B-Series Compact Automatic Tape Application Machine for Small & Medium Carton Production

Constructed with thickened sheet metal enclosure and integrated high-strength belt transmission system, the machine adopts optimized C++ control program to realize intelligent linkage of all stations, supporting one-click startup without complex parameter debugging. Multiple replaceable taping heads are optional: T-series double-sided tape heads, TD20 easy-tear tape heads, TB180 label applicators and LZ35 hot melt silicone tape heads, allowing quick switching between different packaging orders without equipment replacement.

The machine’s minimum processing sheet size reaches 100×100mm, covering lipstick boxes, food small gift boxes and express envelopes, with maximum conveying speed up to 120m/min and taping accuracy controlled at ±2mm. The compact floor space of 3100×1470mm saves valuable workshop area for small-scale manufacturers, with total power only 2.25Kw to lower daily electricity operating cost. All mechanical adjustment parts adopt handwheel quick-adjust structure, shortening model change time by half compared with old manual taping equipment.
