High-end folding gift boxes, cosmetic rigid boxes and premium wine packaging require fixed-position triangular anti-counterfeit labels and corner protective tape, a process long dependent on slow, low-precision manual pasting. Keqi SJ-600S3 triangle labeling machine is a dedicated automated solution independently developed for triangular tape sticking of folding cartons, filling the gap of specialized triangle taping equipment in printing post-press industry.

The feeding section uses mature friction conveying with 8 thickened belts and electric stacking vibration device to ensure stable delivery of thin and thick cardboard without tilting. Multi-roller precise correction unit controls sheet lateral deviation, laying foundation for accurate triangular tape positioning. The core pneumatic taping station adopts air-pressure driving mode, completing precise triangular tape cutting and attachment under high-speed operation, non-contact cutting avoids any damage to box printed surfaces and embossed textures.

The machine supports 1–2 labeling heads simultaneously, with applicable triangle tape sizes ranging from 45mm to 90mm, tape width adjustable from 5mm to 100mm. Two operation modes are available: direct labeling at 40m/min max speed and rotary triangular labeling at 25m/min; when switching to double-sided flat tape mode, the line speed can reach 100m/min to adapt different order throughput demands. High-precision photoelectric counters record finished products automatically, facilitating workshop production statistics and batch management.

SJ-600S3 handles sheet sizes from minimum 25×8mm small folding boxes up to 550×600mm large gift cartons, widely used in luxury cosmetic packaging, liquor gift boxes, craft folding cartons and high-end food packaging. It eliminates manual labeling offset, uneven tape and low efficiency problems, greatly improving finished packaging grade and production capacity.
