TS-C Series Fully Automatic Adhesive Application Platform: Expanded Correction Design for Precision Multi-Tape Production

Printing and packaging manufacturers running mixed orders often face tape offset defects caused by unstable paper feeding deviation, which creates high reject rates and waste of adhesive tape. Keqi TS-C series fully automatic tape application platform upgrades core correction structure to solve positioning instability, while expanding modular functions to match diversified customized taping demands for modern post-press workshops.

The machine adopts thickened whole-wall panel frame and world-class brand belts, drive motors and transmission parts. The reinforced mechanical structure supports stable continuous high-speed operation up to 100 m/min without vibration or position drift, ideal for 24-hour mass production of e-commerce cartons, gift boxes and tobacco-alcohol packaging. Compared with ordinary taping equipment, TS-C enlarges the correction working area significantly. Multi-roller deviation correction system rectifies left-right paper skew flexibly; pull guides can be installed on left or right sides according to carton shapes, controlling taping tolerance strictly within ±2 mm for uniform, neat tape lines on laminated and UV-coated packaging surfaces.

Equipped with intelligent C+ linkage control technology, all transmission stations achieve synchronous intelligent matching, supporting one-click startup without complex parameter debugging. The touch control panel stores preset process data for different box sizes and tape types, drastically cutting model changeover time when switching batches. The platform supports flexible modular configuration: customers can install release paper scraping devices, transparent tape heads, double-sided tape applicators or easy-tear tape units as required, realizing one machine compatible with all mainstream packaging adhesive tapes.

Three standardized models (TS-800C2, TS-1100C2, TS-1450C2) cover sheet sizes from small 100×100 mm cosmetic boxes to large 1100×1450 mm corrugated gift cartons, with 1–4 taping heads working simultaneously to boost throughput. Moderate power consumption ranging from 2.65 Kw to 3 Kw reduces daily operating electricity cost.
