PJC-800 Glue Gun Detector – Real-Time Cold Glue Monitoring for Folder Gluer Lines

The PJC-800 glue gun detector adopts high-precision infrared reflective sensing as its core working principle. The sensor emits stable infrared beams onto carton glue tracks and captures reflection differences between adhesive and blank paper substrates. The built-in chip instantly distinguishes missing glue, broken glue lines, offset spraying and insufficient glue volume, with a minimum detectable glue width of only 2mm and 1×1mm resolution. It tolerates up to 20° carton inclination and minor workpiece vibration below 5mm, delivering stable detection even on UV-laminated, silver cardboard and highly reflective packaging materials that confuse ordinary sensors.

This inline detector mounts directly beside cold glue guns, realizing real-time monitoring right after glue dispensing instead of post-folding inspection. Its biggest advantage is early defect interception: the system sends instant alarm and rejection signals once abnormal glue is detected, avoiding mass defective cartons from flowing into subsequent folding and stacking procedures. It supports a maximum production speed of 320m/min, fully matching high-speed folder gluer mass production. All detection data is synchronized to the central touchscreen, recording NG counts and fault types for production traceability without extra manual statistics.
