TB180 Servo Label Applicator Head: High-Precision Automatic Labeling for Multi-Specification Packaging

Traditional pneumatic labeling heads suffer from unstable tension control, slow roll replacement and large positioning tolerance, which cannot meet strict appearance standards of pharmaceutical boxes, electronic outer packaging and luxury gift cartons. Keqi TB180 servo label applicator head adopts full servo unwinding control to realize constant tension feeding, completely solving label wrinkling, stretching and offset defects in high-speed production.

Equipped with an optical position sensor, the head captures carton edge signals in real time to trigger accurate labeling action, maintaining ±2mm consistent tolerance even for maximum 180×180mm large self-adhesive labels. A dedicated waste paper collection roller automatically recycles release liner without manual cleaning, reducing line downtime during continuous mass production. The latching quick-release roll holder drastically shortens label roll replacement time, and built-in tension fine-tuning knobs allow operators to adjust feeding force to adapt thin fragile label stock and thick coated sticker materials.

TB180 supports minimum label width of 10mm and accepts label rolls with inner core 76mm and maximum outer diameter up to 300mm, carrying large-capacity rolls to cut frequent material change pauses. Its maximum running speed reaches 60 m/min, matching medium and high-speed folder gluer and flat taping platforms. The unit covers compact floor space of 600×350mm with 0.75kW stable power output, suitable for limited layout workshops.
