Each independent taping head retains its exclusive core advantages: T-series delivers cost-effective multi-width double-sided tape processing; TB180 achieves high-precision large label servo positioning; LZ35 processes thin paper without pulling tension damage. All heads share unified mounting rails and synchronous speed control system, running coordinately with folder gluer conveying speed without signal conflict or tape position interference. Operators switch different taping process recipes via one unified touchscreen, avoiding separate parameter adjustment for each independent head.
The system supports flexible combination of 1–6 taping heads according to customer order demands, freely matching jumbo DS-1400 feeders for each tape type to extend continuous production time.
