PJ-4200 atomizer spray cold glue valve adopts micro atomization nozzle technology to form uniform ultra-thin glue film on large laminated carton bonding surfaces, specially developed for large-area bonding of UV-laminated, matte film gift packaging that requires invisible thin glue layers without thick visible tracks.
Micro atomization splits cold glue into fine uniform mist, forming continuous ultra-thin bonding film with even tension across the whole flap, eliminating thick glue bulges that cause carton surface deformation after folding. Adjustable atomization air volume controls glue film width from 20–120mm to match large gift box and cosmetic rigid box wide flap sizes.
The high-speed atomization structure runs synchronously with folder gluer speed up to 250m/min, paired with HB9 high-pressure pumps for stable large-flow atomized glue supply. Detachable atomization air hood simplifies nozzle cleaning to prevent dried glue buildup blocking tiny atomization holes.Core applications cover high-end wine gift boxes, large cosmetic packaging, laminated tea cartons and luxury electronic outer packaging. PJ-4200 delivers invisible neat thin glue layers to improve high-end packaging appearance grade, while maintaining strong long-term bonding strength to avoid carton separation.
