Adjustable shutter and anti‑reflect lighting deliver stable imaging for UV‑laminated, silver‑card and matte coated cartons, lowering misjudgment caused by surface reflection. Detection distance can be adjusted between 100‑999 mm to fit different folder‑gluer installation spaces.

Once non‑conforming items are found, the system outputs synchronous trigger signals to ejector devices for automatic separation.
