Slot Coating Gun

The slot coating gun is a dedicated hot-melt applicator for uniform continuous strip coating instead of scattered dot gluing. Featuring precision slot-die nozzle structure and 24 VDC high-response valve, it runs up to 3500 cycles per minute for medium-to-high-speed manufacturing lines. Max working temperature reaches 200 °C, handling hot-melt adhesive viscosity up to 10 000 mPa.s.

Key strengths lie in even flat glue-layer output without missing coating or thickness deviation. Operators can adjust coating width and thickness on-gun without full disassembly, shortening product change-over time. Wear-resistant alloy internal components lower maintenance frequency for round-the-clock operation.
