Large‑Width Rubber Scraper Gun

The large-width rubber scraper gun delivers ultra-wide one-pass hot-melt scraping coating for large-format substrates. It adopts reverse-suction internal flow channels to reduce residual glue stagnation and carbonization risk. Multiple independent scraper modules assemble on shared manifold, supporting segmented or full-width treatment up to 700 mm total coverage. Dual Ni120 & PT100 sensors deliver accurate temperature control across 38-230 °C, tolerating adhesive viscosity as high as 15 000 mPa.s.

Major benefits: replace multiple narrow slot guns to simplify piping layout; each scraper unit can be switched on/off individually to save adhesive for narrower workpieces. It bears peak glue pressure 90 bar and matches gear-type or pneumatic hot-melt hosts.

Main application fields: mattress full-surface composite, hygiene-product non-woven lamination, large furniture veneer bonding, hard-cover book and wide-format filter processing. It is designed for roll-to-roll composite lines with heavy-duty high-viscosity hot-melt coating requirements.
