Low‑Pressure Hot Melt Gun

The low-pressure hot melt gun is built for high-speed dot dispensing on thin, easily-damaged substrates. Running under mild 4.5-5.5 bar working air pressure, it avoids punching, denting or scratching coated paper, UV-finished cartons and heat-sensitive films. Max cycle frequency exceeds 7000 cycles per minute. Dual-sensor temperature system covers 38-230 °C, compatible with 500-5000 mPa.s EVA, PSA and TPR hot melts.
