The pneumatic scraper gun HRP‑01 is a proven slot‑die‑style hot‑melt scraper applicator for continuous flat‑strip coating. Powered by 24 VDC solenoid valve, it achieves 3500+ cycles per minute; Ni120 temperature sensor maintains stable heating at maximum 200 °C. Maximum scraping width hits 35 mm, supporting adhesive viscosity up to 10 000 mPa.s.
Key advantages: delivers uniform flat glue strips and solves uneven‑coating defects from multiple discrete dot guns. Operators adjust coating thickness and width directly on gun body without disassembly to accelerate product switching. One single scraper gun can substitute several narrow nozzles and simplify host piping layout.
Primary scenarios: gift‑box and food‑carton full‑edge bonding on folder gluers, mattress‑edge and shoe‑material composite, filter‑element compounding and furniture veneer edge coating. Compatible with both pneumatic and gear‑driven hot‑melt systems for medium‑speed continuous composite production.
