Compact Tape Applicator Heads for Folder-Gluer Retrofitting
Keqi modular tape applicator heads deliver inline tape application without replacing your existing folder-gluer or box-making equipment. Compact mechanical structure enables simple mounting with minimal modification to production lines, saving heavy capital investment for packaging converters.
These applicator heads support double-sided tape, tear tape, transparent tape and release-paper processing. Precision servo-driven feeding keeps taping tolerance within ±2 mm under continuous-speed operation. Operators set tape length, position and tension via touch-screen HMI, and multiple product recipes can be stored for quick order change-over.
Suitable for cartons, envelopes, e-commerce boxes and gift packaging.
