TD20 Tear‑Tape Applicator Head for Easy‑open E‑commerce Packaging
The TD20 tear‑tape applicator head is purpose‑built for automatic easy‑open tear‑tape application on e‑commerce cartons, zipper boxes and gift boxes. It achieves stable tear‑tape feeding and clean cutting at high line speed, avoiding tape breakage, offset and wrinkling during mass production.
Servo tension‑control maintains consistent tape tension. Operators adjust tear‑tape position and length on HMI, adapting to various box sizes. As a retrofittable unit, TD20 can be installed on folder‑gluers or standalone taping platforms, no major reconstruction required.
Manual tear‑tape attachment brings inconsistent positioning and low throughput. TD20 automates this procedure, reducing manual workload and reject rate.
