TB180 Label‑Applicator‑Head: Precision Labelling & Tape Composite Application
TB180 label applicator head integrates label dispensing and short‑segment tape‑applying functions for packaging and paper‑converting industries. Compact structural design allows installation on various conveyor‑based production equipment.
Photo‑electric triggering synchronises label‑output with product conveying, ensuring accurate placement for short labels and short‑tape segments. Parameters such as label length, feed‑delay and applying pressure are adjustable via controller. Stored production recipes support fast switching among different label‑box combinations.
It fits carton corner‑labelling, warning‑label attaching and composite‑tape application for special‑purpose packages. Compared with manual labelling, TB180 minimises skewed labels and bubbling defects. It is a practical modular unit for factories requiring mixed tape‑and‑label inline processing.
