TT1000 Release-Tape Applicator for Release-paper Peeling Process
TT1000 release-tape applicator specialises in automatic release-tape application and release-paper peeling for packaging production. It completes tape attaching and liner-removal inline in one pass, eliminating separate manual peeling procedures.
The mechanical peeling mechanism keeps stable peeling force without damaging carton surfaces. Compatible with multiple release-tape widths, the unit can be configured on Keqi taping platforms or third-party folder-gluer lines. Taping position accuracy stays within ±2 mm even under continuous-run status.
Typical uses include self-adhesive window-patching pre-treatment, gift-box assembly and special-carton pre-bonding. By automating release-paper removal, TT1000 reduces labour for post-processing and avoids residual-liner-caused quality risks, improving overall production efficiency for high-end packaging.
