TT1000 Release‑Tape Applicator for Release‑paper Peeling Process
TT1000 release‑tape applicator specialises in automatic release‑tape application and release‑paper peeling for packaging production. It completes tape attaching and liner‑removal inline in one pass, eliminating separate manual peeling procedures.
The mechanical peeling mechanism keeps stable peeling force without damaging carton surfaces. Compatible with multiple release‑tape widths, the unit can be configured on Keqi taping platforms or third‑party folder‑gluer lines. Taping position accuracy stays within ±2 mm even under continuous‑run status.
Typical uses include self‑adhesive window‑patching pre‑treatment, gift‑box assembly and special‑carton pre‑bonding. By automating release‑paper removal, TT1000 reduces labour for post‑processing and avoids residual‑liner‑caused quality risks, improving overall production efficiency for high‑end packaging.
