NT35 Inner‑Tape Applicator for Inner‑side Carton Tape Application
NT35 inner‑tape applicator is engineered for inner‑surface tape application for folded cartons, envelopes and special‑structure paper packages. Its optimised mechanical actuator solves the difficulty of applying tape to narrow inner‑flap positions that regular external taping heads cannot reach.
Precise servo‑feed controls tape feeding, cutting and pressing action. The unit supports multiple tape‑width options and adjustable applying pressure. It can be used as standalone module or integrated into B‑Series taping platforms.
Many packaging factories rely on manual inner‑tape attachment, which is slow and prone to offset. NT35 realises automated inner‑flap taping inline. It is widely applied for envelopes, high‑grade gift boxes and structural display cartons, ensuring neat inner‑tape bonding while lowering rework rate.
