LZ35 Hot-melt Servo Silicone-Tape Applicator
LZ35 hot-melt servo silicone-tape applicator handles silicone-tape application with servo-driven feeding and hot-melt-assisted bonding. It delivers stable adhesion for silicone tape on envelopes, brochures, posters and e-commerce mailers.
Servo-system precisely regulates tape feed-length and running speed to match host-equipment line speed. The hot-melt auxiliary unit enhances bonding firmness between silicone-tape and paper substrate. The compact-sized head can be retrofitted onto folder-gluers, envelope-making machines and taping platforms.
Silicone-tape has low-surface-energy feature, which brings bonding challenges for ordinary applicators. LZ35 solves this pain-point. It is suitable for envelope sealing, booklet-fixing and special-mailing-packaging production for printing-converting plants.
