Manual double‑sided tape attachment limits output for envelope manufacturers. Our tape‑application platform delivers consistent tape positioning for self‑seal envelopes, kraft mailers and security envelopes.It supports stand‑alone operation or connection with envelope making machines.
Both cylinder and servo drive options satisfy small‑batch frequent change‑overs and mass continuous runs. Multiple tape heads, including single‑plate scraper head, fit narrow tape specifications.This solution minimizes misalignment and wrinkled tape, lowers rejection rates.
