High Pressure Cold Glue System – Application & Advantages
High pressure cold glue systems are engineered for high-speed, high-precision packaging production. With stable 32bar working pressure and up to 500Hz switching frequency, it supports continuous production up to 300m/min, fully matching fast flexo folder gluer lines and high-end color box manufacturing.
The biggest advantage is non-contact jetting. It avoids scratching printed surfaces, coated paper and laminated cartons, maintaining perfect finished appearance. The gravity-free installation allows vertical, horizontal and upside-down mounting, solving complex installation limitations inside automated machines.
High pressure systems deliver ultra-consistent glue volume and position control. No glue trailing, stringing or uneven lines occur during long-hour operation. It greatly reduces defective rates and rework caused by unstable gluing. Suitable for complex box structures, tear tape gluing, window patching and high-standard cosmetic and pharmaceutical box production.
