Applications
Keqi B series TS-800B2, TS-1100B2 and TS-1450B2 automatic tape application platforms are multi-scene lightweight taping solutions specially developed for post-printing packaging production, covering small customized orders and mass standardized packaging lines with clear size division for different production demands. TS-800B2 handles small-size products from 100×100mm to 800×1200mm, mainly targeting small cosmetic cartons, mailing envelopes, thin e-commerce express bags and mini gift boxes. TS-1100B2 fits medium cartons within 1100×1200mm, widely used for daily food packaging, medium wine gift boxes and standard online retail shipping cartons. TS-1450B2 supports maximum 1450mm-wide large corrugated boxes, suitable for large-size outer logistics cases and craft display packaging.
The full series serves core printing and packaging industries, including general printed folding boxes, e-commerce express bags and online retail shipping cartons. It perfectly matches tobacco, alcohol and premium gift packaging, applying anti-counterfeit easy-tear tape and sealing double-sided tape on color printed coated boxes without scratching printed surfaces. Besides rigid paper cartons, the equipment adapts to handmade craft paper bags, lightweight grey board packaging and thin laminated paper materials with thickness under 2mm.
It supports both offline independent production and inline connection with folder gluers, die-cutting machines and window patching equipment, realizing one continuous taping workflow after box forming. The machine can install multiple types of tape applicator heads to apply double-sided tape, easy-tear opening tape, transparent sealing tape and water-activated tape, meeting diverse packaging design requirements. It fits small-batch custom packaging workshops and medium-scale mass production factories equally, covering nearly all light-duty automatic tape sticking demands in printing post-processing sector, and supports customized conveyor width and length to match special customer packaging products.

Keqi B series lightweight tape applicator covers three full models TS-800B2, TS-1100B2 and TS-1450B2, designed for small and medium printing factories with core strengths built on stable structure, intelligent control and flexible modular configuration. First, the whole machine adopts thickened structural steel and reinforced sheet metal frame, matched with world-class high-strength conveyor belts and brand induction motors. All key components pass long-time aging testing, supporting stable continuous high-speed operation up to 120m/min with low failure rate and long service life, far exceeding ordinary low-cost taping equipment in durability. Compared with U-type heavy-duty machines, B series is lightweight with compact floor space: TS-800B2 only occupies 3100×1470mm, which greatly reduces workshop space occupation for factories with limited area.
Second, the control system adopts mature C++ transmission matching technology, realizing fully intelligent linkage of all mechanical parts. It supports one-button start production mode, with intuitive touch screen operation that stores multiple groups of product parameters. Operators only need one-click recall when switching box styles, drastically cutting mold change and debugging time, and new staff can master complete operation within one hour without complicated training. The positioning tolerance is fixed at ±2mm, equipped with independent correction unit to avoid offset, missing or skewed tape even for slightly warped paper boxes.
Third, the platform features highly flexible expandable configuration. Customers can freely select 1–4 tape applicator heads, and add optional modules including release liner scraping devices, double-sided tape heads, easy-tear tape heads and transparent tape heads according to production demands. The three models share the same control system and spare parts, greatly lowering after-sales maintenance and inventory cost. Powered by AC220V low total power (2.25Kw–3.2Kw across all models), it saves daily electricity consumption, and one single machine can replace 2–3 manual taping workers to cut long-term labor expenditure for packaging manufacturers.
