Description

Prevent peeling

Enhance the surface tension value of the product, improve adhesion, and prevent peeling. Mainly used for processing products such as glossing, lamination, and UV, reducing the generation of bubbles and dust. The surface treated with plasma can use ordinary glue for box bonding, reducing the cost of specialized glue.

Flexible matching

Good tension value

To ensure the firmness of product bonding, the product surface needs excellent adhesion to achieve the expected effect. By applying plasma surface treatment technology, the surface of the product can reach a surface tension value of 40mn/m, thereby achieving better bonding effects.

The KQ-HP10B rotating plasma surface treatment machine is an industrial-grade surface activation equipment equipped with a rotary plasma nozzle, widely deployed across packaging printing, 3C electronics, automotive manufacturing, furniture, wire & cable, 3D printing and inkjet coding industries. Its core application targets packaging cartons with UV varnish, PET lamination, silver/gold metallic coating, substrates with low surface tension that easily cause glue delamination and bubbling after folding. After plasma activation, factories can adopt low-cost standard cold glue instead of expensive special adhesives to achieve stable bonding for gift boxes, cosmetic cartons, wine boxes and pharmaceutical packaging.
For non-packaging manufacturing, it activates plastic, glass, composite and metal workpieces to boost adhesion for gluing, printing and coating procedures. In automotive production, it treats plastic interior parts and cable insulation surfaces to strengthen bonding durability. For 3C electronics, it processes mobile glass, circuit boards and precision plastic components to eliminate ink peeling and sealing gaps. Furniture factories apply it on coated wood panels to optimize veneer lamination performance.
This machine supports inline installation on folder gluers, carton makers and coding production lines, operating stably at a maximum carton running speed of 20m/min.
