Product Introduction
Description
Applications:
KQ-HP40A is a cabinet-style four linear nozzle plasma surface activation equipment, belonging to the straight linear plasma A series, specially customized for linear cartons, double-wall cartons and cartons with multiple independent large glue flaps. It is widely deployed in packaging printing, 3C electronics, automotive manufacturing, furniture, wire & cable, inkjet coding and 3D printing industries. Its core packaging value solves the long-standing delamination and bubbling problems of cartons covered with UV varnish, PET lamination and gold/silver metallic coating. After linear plasma pretreatment, factories can adopt low-cost standard cold glue instead of expensive special adhesives, greatly cutting long-term adhesive procurement costs for mass straight box production lines.
Beyond packaging, it supports synchronous four-channel narrow strip surface activation for plastic, glass, composite and metal workpieces before gluing, inkjet printing and coating processes. In automotive production, it processes four groups of parallel narrow plastic interior strips and cable insulation surfaces at once to strengthen bonding durability. For 3C electronics, it handles four narrow bonding edges of mobile glass and circuit boards simultaneously to eliminate ink peeling and sealing gaps. Furniture factories apply it on four-sided narrow wood veneer edges to optimize lamination flatness and bonding strength.
This mobile cabinet plasma unit supports inline installation on folder gluers, carton makers and coding production lines. Equipped with four independent static linear nozzles, each with adjustable narrow processing width of 6–10mm, it can process four glue flaps of a single carton or four separate cartons at the same time. Interchangeable linear nozzles match various narrow workpiece sizes, and universal casters facilitate flexible layout transformation for ultra-high-volume straight carton automated lines.
Advantages:
The core competitive advantage of KQ-HP40A lies in its four independent static linear nozzle design, quadrupling processing efficiency compared with single/dual linear plasma models (KQ-HP10A/20A), perfectly matching factories with ultra-large daily output of linear and double-wall cartons. The focused low-temperature linear plasma jet delivers targeted activation only on narrow glue flaps without energy waste, lifting substrate surface tension above 40 mN/m to thoroughly eliminate carton peeling, bubble and poor adhesion defects. It replaces traditional mechanical polishing and scoring processes, generating zero paper dust and surface scratches while fully protecting printed, UV and metalized coating layers to retain high-end product appearance.
It drastically reduces overall production expenses: post-plasma treatment, economical ordinary cold glue can replace high-priced dedicated hot melt adhesives. The static linear nozzle has no rotating moving parts, and the contactless plasma jet causes no thermal damage to thin paper, plastic film and delicate coated substrates. Equipped with multi-layer safety interlock switches, real-time fault alarm and three-color running indicator light, the machine has passed EU CE certification to meet export standards for European and American markets.
The integrated mobile cabinet structure measures 600(W)*400(D)*1000 mm with a net weight of 65kg, fitted with universal moving casters for quick inline refitting. It adopts four independent power modules with total power of 3200VA and matched compressed air demand of 0.4–0.6 Mba. Compared with multi-nozzle rotary plasma equipment, static linear nozzles feature simpler internal structure, fewer vulnerable components, lower daily maintenance frequency and spare part costs, making it the top choice for high-output straight carton manufacturers.
