KQ-HP40B is a high-efficiency four independent rotary nozzle plasma activation equipment, designed for high-volume mass production across packaging printing, 3C electronics, automotive manufacturing, furniture, wire & cable, inkjet coding and 3D printing sectors. Its core packaging application solves poor adhesion defects of cartons covered with UV varnish, PET lamination, gold and silver metallic coatings, materials that easily generate bubbles and delamination after gluing. After plasma surface activation, manufacturers can adopt low-cost standard cold glue instead of expensive dedicated special adhesives to realize stable bonding for high-output gift boxes, cosmetic cartons, wine boxes and pharmaceutical folding cartons, greatly cutting long-term glue procurement costs.
For non-packaging manufacturing industries, it activates plastic, glass, composite and metal workpieces to boost surface adhesion before gluing, inkjet printing and coating processes. In automotive production, it treats plastic interior parts and cable insulation surfaces to strengthen bonding durability. For 3C electronics, it processes mobile glass, circuit boards and precision plastic components to eliminate ink peeling and sealing gaps. Furniture factories deploy it on coated wood panels to optimize veneer lamination performance.
This cabinet-type plasma machine supports inline installation on folder gluers, carton makers and coding production lines, running synchronously at a maximum carton line speed of 20m/min. Equipped with four independent rotary nozzles, each nozzle covers adjustable 30–54mm treatment width, enabling four-station synchronous processing to quadruple production throughput compared with single/dual/triple-nozzle models. Interchangeable rotary nozzles match various workpiece sizes, and integrated mobile casters facilitate flexible layout transformation for ultra-high-speed continuous automation lines.

It drastically reduces long-term production costs: after plasma treatment, economical ordinary cold glue can replace high-priced dedicated hot melt adhesives. Low-temperature contactless plasma jet causes no thermal damage to thin paper, plastic film and delicate coated substrates. The machine is equipped with multi-layer safety interlock switches, real-time fault alarm and three-color running indicator light, and has passed EU CE certification to meet global export safety standards.
The integrated mobile cabinet structure (600×400×1000mm, net weight 60kg) with universal casters supports free movement and quick inline refitting. It adopts four independent power modules with total power of 3200VA (800VA per nozzle) and matched compressed air demand of 0.4–0.6 Mba.
