Advantages:
LZ35 adopts a full-servo control system to realize stable cutting and adhesive transfer. It exerts no pulling force on substrates, making it compatible with low-gsm thin paper materials.
The hot-melt gun is adjustable on X-axis and Z-axis guide rails, supporting fine glue-position tuning down to 1 mm accuracy. Equipped with stainless-steel cutting blades, this applicator delivers reliable long-term cutting performance. Its positioning tolerance is ±2 mm to satisfy mass-production requirements.
By using blank release paper and hot-melt glue instead of pre-fabricated double-sided tape, customers can greatly lower material expenses. The whole-machine weight is 80 kg with total power of 7.5 kW. Optimized mechanical design ensures steady high-speed operation up to 100 m/min. It offers an economical long-run solution for factories with continuous large-batch packaging production.
Applications:
The LZ35 hotmelt servo silicone-tape applicator is a rotary hot-melt coating transfer head, designed for packaging plants with large-volume stable production orders. Instead of pre-made double-sided tapes, it uses blank silicone release paper and hot-melt adhesive to form adhesive strips inline, which are then transferred onto cartons.
It is suitable for high-speed folder-gluer production lines processing color boxes, gift boxes and export packaging. It can handle low-gsm thin base paper without paper tearing during processing. The maximum running speed reaches 100 m/min, with applicable tape width from 10-35 mm and minimum tape length of 50 mm.
This unit targets manufacturers who want to cut consumable costs by replacing expensive finished double-sided tapes. It can be retrofitted to existing folder gluers. It is widely used for food-grade packaging and cold-chain cartons matched with PUR hot-melt systems. It is not ideal for job-shops with frequent small-batch order changes.
