Product Description:

KQ PJ-4100 Multi Nozzle Single Valve Dispenser offer the convenience of dispensing multiple lines of glue using a single valve. This is especially useful for application that requires pasting large area of product.

Due to high pressure supplied by pump, PJ-4000 can be mounted at any angle, irrespective of gravity.

    Equipped with 2–4 nozzle holes in one valve body, it outputs multiple parallel glue tracks simultaneously without installing several separate valves. It simplifies equipment layout, cuts installation space and reduces the total number of valves for multi-line gluing, lowering overall procurement and maintenance costs for packaging factories.
  • High-pressure gravity-independent mounting
    Supported by 32-bar max working pressure, this dispenser works free of gravity restriction. It can be mounted horizontally, vertically or upside down to fit narrow internal frames of flexo folder gluers, solving layout limits for multi-side synchronous gluing on large cartons.
  • Ultra-high stable dispensing performance
    It reaches a switching frequency of 500Hz and matches production line speeds up to 300 m/min. It delivers uniform glue volume across all nozzles without uneven glue output or broken lines during long-hour continuous operation, ideal for mass high-speed carton manufacturing.
  • Dual glue pattern compatibility
    Supports continuous line gluing and intermittent dot gluing. Operators switch modes via the cold glue controller to satisfy wide-area lamination, edge sealing, tear strip pre-bonding and multi-point positioning bonding on different packaging substrates.
  • Wide glue material compatibility
    Suitable for water-based cold white latex with viscosity up to 5000mPas, fully matching standard packaging cold glue used on corrugated board, coated art paper, kraft paper and rigid box materials. It adopts 12V low-voltage electric drive with safe and stable operation.
  • Compact all-in-one structure
    Integrated multi-nozzle head minimizes the overall size of the dispensing unit. It requires fewer pipelines and fixing brackets compared with multiple single-nozzle valves, simplifying machine assembly and daily cleaning workflows.

    Large food takeaway trays, multi-layer snack cartons, wide kraft paper bag bottom sealing, full-width side edge bonding for shopping paper pouches. Parallel glue lines boost tensile strength of bag bases.
