The PJC-800 infrared glue sensor is a dedicated cold glue inspection sensor designed to be installed right after glue guns on folder gluer lines, specially developed for packaging cartons with metallic coated, silver foil and high-gloss reflective surfaces that traditional RF glue sensors cannot handle. It targets mainstream packaging sectors including cosmetic cartons, luxury gift boxes, electronic packaging and medium-speed pharmaceutical folding boxes with dot glue and continuous line glue processes.
Based on infrared reflection analysis technology, it continuously monitors glue traces immediately after dispensing, identifying critical defects such as complete missing glue, broken glue segments, offset glue tracks, insufficient glue width and dislocated dot glue. It supports production speeds up to 320 m/min and tolerates minor carton vibration under 5mm during conveying, delivering stable inspection for medium-speed mass production and frequent small-batch order switching.
