Applications:
The TD20 tear tape applicator head is designed to automatically apply easy-tear opening tapes for packaging industries. It is widely used for e-commerce delivery cartons, fresh-food packaging boxes, mailing envelopes, paper bags and other disposable easy-open packages.
This applicator head can be retrofitted to most common post-press equipment including folder gluers and box stitchers. It replaces slow manual tear-tape sticking work, greatly boosting throughput for mass-production lines. It fits factories running large-volume, fixed-spec carton orders.
Suitable for medium-speed production lines within 5-100 m/min. It helps factories reduce labor cost and avoid inconsistent manual pasting quality. For plants running extra-long jumbo tape rolls, it can work together with KQ-DJ400 jumbo-roll feeder to cut down frequent roll-change downtime. It focuses on standard tear-tape application and is not intended for labels or double-sided tapes.
